The DuPage Airport Authority wishes to provide its tenants the opportunity to submit service or maintenance requests.  Please utilize the e-mail link below for submitting such requests.  Be sure to include your contact information (Name, number, and hanagr location) as well as a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.  Afterwards, a friendly staff member will be contacting you to confirm scheduling and/or completion of the work.  Service requests may also be submitted in-person, by fax or mail by utilizing the Airport Authority's Service Request form.  Such form may be obtained by contacting the DuPage Airport Authority at 630-584-2211.  

In the event of a service emergency, please contact the DuPage Flight Center (24 hours) at 630-208-5600.  The DuPage Flight Center will dispatch the appropriate maintenance personnel to meet your needs.
