DPA Airfield Runway Information

  • DuPage Airport has the longest runway in Northern Illinois outside of O'Hare and Rockford (7,570' x 100'), which can handle the heaviest corporate aircraft including the Boeing Business Jet.

  • Our runway system's capacity and safety are further enhanced by clear approaches and vacant land to the north, south, east, and west.  Approaches are predominantly open space (farmland and golf course).
