DuPage Airport Authority Procurement Services assists all Airport departments in purchasing required goods and services in conformance with Illinois Compiled Statutes and the DuPage Airport Procurement Policy.

Procurements of less than $10,000 are made in accordance with established procedures for small-dollar purchases and informal quotations. Procurements in excess of $10,000 is publicly advertised and are subject to formal-bidding procedures.

Formal solicitations in excess of $10,000 are indicated on this web site and advertised in the Daily Herald newspaper.

Note to vendors: All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1, et seq. Click here to view the Airport's Prevailing Wage Ordinance.

Current Invitations for Bid (IFB), Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ)
are posted online at DemandStar.com for review and download. Click here to see the current list.
Interested vendors can choose to download bid documents for a nominal fee. Vendors may also choose to
subscribe to the DemandStar.com service and automatically receive notification when a formal sealed bid has been
issued for their commodity or service. Besides the notification feature, a $30 DemandStar.com annual subscription
also allows vendors to download an unlimited number of documents at no additional charge.

As always, vendors are welcome to pick up solicitation documents in person M-F 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
at the offices of the DuPage Airport Authority, 2700 International Drive, Suite 200, West Chicago, Illinois 60185.
