Days Weekend
The
Collings Foundation’s Wings of Freedom Tour and their B-17
and
B-24 WWII Bombers are returning to DuPage Airport
Friday,
July 24th through Monday, July 27th, 2009.
Also on Saturday will be the Special
Olympics (SOILL) Plane Pull, a
static display of aircraft, merchandise, as well
as cuisine
and refreshments from DuPage’s own Kitty Hawk Café.
On
Saturday July 25th,
the Ronald
McDonald House will be on-site for their 5th
annual 'Flying High Barbeque' presented by McDonald's Aviation
Services. The Lima Lima flight team has partnered with RMHC-CNI to
host the family fun-filled BBQ. Bring the kids and enjoy an
afternoon jam-packed with great food, aircraft and even perhaps a Ronald
McDonald sighting!
