DuPage Airport Authority Photo ID Badge Requirements
All persons requiring unescorted access control privileges (as determined by the DuPage Airport Authority) to the Airport Operations Area (AOA) – Airport Restricted Area; the portion of the Airport designated and used for landing, taking off, or surface maneuvering of airplanes are required to obtain a Photo ID Badge/Access Control Card from the Airport Authority’s Badging Office.  Badges are property of the DuPage Airport Authority and shall be surrendered upon request or termination of lease / contract / employment.

Items to Bring to Badging Office
Request for Photo ID Badge/Access Control Card Form executed by authorized lessee, contractor, flying club representative.
Government Issued Photo ID.
– Drivers License
– State ID
– US Passport
Vehicle registration and vehicle insurance information (if applicable).

Lost / Misplaced / Stolen Badges
Immediately report to the DuPage Airport Authority at 630-208-5600 – 24 Hours.
The fee to reissue a lost / misplaced / stolen badge is $20.00
